This website keeps no cookies and runs no scripts. The server keeps ordinary access logs (the address a request came from and the page asked for) for 90 days, for security.
The free trial asks for your email address, and optionally your name and company. We email you a username (the part of your address before the @) and a generated password from demo@weightally.co.uk, sign you in for 30 minutes from your first sign-in, and may follow up once by email to ask whether you would like a demo. We do not pass your details to anyone else. The password is stored only as a one-way hash. Trial sign-ins are switched off after the trial and the trial company's data is put back fresh every night.
The contact form opens your own email program with what you typed; nothing is stored on this site.
A company's own copy of Weightally is that company's system: the data in it belongs to the company, lives in its own database on its own address, is backed up nightly, and is read by us only to support the company at its request.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, email hello@weightally.co.uk.
Give us your email, we send you a sign-in, and you are inside Hartwell Waste Services, a made-up company with eleven sites and a year of skips, tipping, aggregates, plant, people and accounts, for 30 minutes. Change anything: it is reset every night.
