Bookings, the weighbridge, the lorries, the drivers, the customers, the books, the people. Weightally runs the lot, in a browser, at one price a month for the company.

Most systems in this trade grew out of a weighbridge and charge for everything around it. Weightally grew out of running a skip and tipping business day to day. Every part of the company is in it, and they all talk to each other.
Bookings, the schedule, quotes, exchanges, driver jobs on the phone, reminders, online orders.
Tickets, drive-ins, transfer notes written for you, DEFRA digital waste tracking built in.
Materials sold by the tonne, bag or load, weighed out, stock per site, deliveries.
Mixes by the cubic metre, truck mixers, batch dockets, delivery and waiting charges.
The fleet, hires, delivery and collection legs, off-hire charging, plant on your own jobs.
Demolition, earthworks and civils: budgets, costs, loads, consignment notes, applications.
Rounds, agreements and wheelie bins; scrap bought by grade with the seller on record.
Invoice runs, payments, the books, VAT, exports to Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
People, time off, training, licences and medicals, cases: behind a second password.
A customer portal in your colours, an app for the cab, keys for your other systems.
Each step hands on to the next, so nothing is typed twice and nothing is forgotten.
Booked on the phone, from your website or by the customer in their portal, against their own prices.
Dragged onto a lorry's lane on the operations board. It is on the driver's phone at once.
Walk-round check, the job in order, the customer's number, a photo on delivery, their position on your map.
Weighed in and out, charged by the tonne, cash, card or account, EWC codes and permits per site.
The transfer note is written from the ticket, signed on screen and sent to the waste tracking service.
Invoice runs, payments, aged debtors, VAT, the books, exports to Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
A lane a vehicle, every module's work on it, a tray for jobs with no lorry yet. Drag a job onto a lane and the driver has it. The week ahead and the live map are a click away.
How the skips module works
Customers sign in to see what is on site and on the way, every transfer note, every invoice, and to order a skip or ask for a collection. It lands with your office to confirm, and they never have to ring to ask where their paperwork is.
The customer portal
Management gets the company-wide picture. The bookings desk, the weighbridge, transport, plant, sales and projects each get a home page of what needs doing today, with no money on it.
Who it is for
Every module, every user, every site, the customer portal, the driver app and the API, with updates and support. The price depends on the size of the company, not on how many people you give a sign-in to.
We make your copy, put your logo and colours on it, bring in your customers and prices, and hand your admin the keys.
Each company has its own database on its own address, backed up nightly. Every list downloads as a spreadsheet; the API lets your other systems in.
Weightally came out of a working skip and tipping company. The screens follow how a yard runs, not how a database is laid out.
Give us your email, we send you a sign-in, and you are inside Hartwell Waste Services, a made-up company with eleven sites and a year of skips, tipping, aggregates, plant, people and accounts, for 30 minutes. Change anything: it is reset every night.
